Vegasino withdrawal time is up to 3 business days, Monday to Friday only. Level 1 caps you at A$800 a day and A$10,500 a month, with at most 3 requests pending and an ID check before the first payout.
Level 1 limits: A$800 a day, A$10,500 a month.
Processing: Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 5:00pm GMT, up to 3 business days.
Requests: at most 3 pending at once.
Minimum: A$15 for most fiat methods.
ID check: before the first withdrawal.
Deposit rule: wager your deposit once, or a 10% fee applies (15% for card and bank deposits).
Checked 05/10/2026. Limits and schedule from several reviewers; the fee’s base comes from a copy of the terms.
Withdrawal time by method
Once a request is approved, the payment method sets the pace. Where reviewers’ ranges split, the table shows both, with sources.
| Method | Min / daily cap (level 1) | Transfer time reviewers report | How solid the fact is |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bank transfer | A$15 / A$800 | 3 to 7 business days (PlayCasino, AskGamblers); 3 to 5 (Casino Guru, GamblingSites, LCB) | Method confirmed by several reviewers; times differ |
| Visa | A$15 / A$800 | One to three days | PlayCasino and SunVegas list Visa payouts; CasinoBuddies says there are none |
| Jeton, MiFinity | A$15 / A$800 | 0 to 24 hours (Covers, Casino.org) or 24 to 48 hours (PlayCasino) | Jeton confirmed by several reviewers, MiFinity by fewer; times differ |
| Crypto | Above A$15, quoted differently / A$800 | The same split as e-wallets: 0 to 24 or 24 to 48 hours | Method confirmed; minimum disputed |
| Mastercard, Neosurf, CashtoCode | n/a | n/a | Deposit only, according to reviewers |
Review-site ranges, checked 05/10/2026, assuming a finished ID check and no weekends. A$15: the minimum reviewers give for most fiat methods. A$800: the level-1 daily limit, whatever the method.
Approval and transfer are two separate waits. Vegasino’s finance team deals with the request first, and according to PlayCasino it can stay pending for up to 72 hours. The method’s own time starts only after that, so even a crypto payout that reviewers put at under a day waits in line behind the approval.

Illustration only; Vegasino’s real cashier may look different.
The A$800 rule and the monthly cap
Vegasino’s VIP program has five levels, and the withdrawal limit rises with them. Only the first and the top level are confirmed in Australian dollars.
| VIP level | Per day | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | A$800 | A$10,500 |
| Levels 2 to 4 | Not confirmed in AUD | Not confirmed in AUD |
| Level 5 | A$2,500 | A$35,000 |
Level 1 and level 5 figures reported by several review sites, checked 05/10/2026.
The monthly cap bites first: 14 days at A$800 is A$11,200, A$700 over the A$10,500 limit. Vegasino doesn’t publish whether “a month” means the calendar month or a rolling 30 days, and that decides when a large balance clears.
Amounts for levels 2 to 4 appear only in a copy of the terms on a third-party site, so we’ve left them out. Vegasino doesn’t publish the wagering each level needs either; how you move up is explained on our page about Vegasino VIP levels.
Cash-out planner
At level 1, a balance needs as many daily requests as the amount divided by A$800, rounded up. Treat that as a floor: processing runs on business days only, each request can take up to 3 business days, no more than 3 can wait at once, and the third-party copy of the terms says the next request may have to wait 3 business days after the previous payout.
Lower bound: one A$800 request a day, before processing and transfer time. Modelled from the T&C, checked 05/10/2026.
A$10,500, the whole monthly cap, takes 14 requests; A$20,000 takes 25 and spills into a second period. At level 5 (A$2,500 a day), A$10,000 needs 4 requests and A$35,000 needs 14.
The table runs four amounts through a calendar, modelled from the T&C: start on Monday 12 October 2026, one request a day at 9:00pm AEDT, ID check already done.
| Amount | Daily requests at A$800 | A$10,500 monthly cap | Processed by, fastest case | Processed by, 3 business days per request |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| A$1,000 | 2 | Within | Wed 14 Oct, 4:00am | Sat 17 Oct, 4:00am |
| A$5,000 | 7 | Within | Tue 20 Oct, 4:00am | Wed 28 Oct, 4:00am |
| A$10,000 | 13 | Within | Tue 27 Oct, 4:00am | Sat 7 Nov, 4:00am |
| A$15,000 | 19 | Exceeded: needs a second period | Sat 7 Nov, 4:00am | Wed 18 Nov, 4:00am |
Modelled from the level-1 limits (PlayCasino, SunVegas, CasinoAustraliaOnline) and the Monday-to-Friday hours reported by several review sites, checked 05/10/2026. Times are AEDT; transfer time comes on top. A$15,000 assumes a calendar month and takes 20 requests, as only A$100 of October’s cap is left on 25 October; a rolling 30 days moves the finish to 17 or 25 November.
In the right-hand column the 3-request limit does the damage. With three requests always waiting, A$10,000 takes 23 days of requests instead of 13.
Processing hours in Australian time
Put Vegasino’s 6:00am to 5:00pm GMT hours into local time, with daylight saving from 4 October 2026, and the processing window opens in the afternoon and shuts in the early hours of the next day, wherever you are in Australia.
| Time zone | Processing window, local time |
|---|---|
| AEDT (New South Wales, Victoria, ACT, Tasmania) | 5:00pm to 4:00am the next day |
| AEST (Queensland) | 4:00pm to 3:00am |
| ACDT (South Australia) | 4:30pm to 3:30am |
| ACST (Northern Territory) | 3:30pm to 2:30am |
| AWST (Western Australia) | 2:00pm to 1:00am |
A request on Friday at 9:00pm AEDT
A request lodged in Sydney at 9:00pm on Friday 9 October 2026 is 10:00am GMT, inside Friday’s window, and 9:00pm on a Friday falls inside it in every Australian time zone. Modelled from the T&C:
- Earliest: processed in the same window, before 4:00am on Saturday 10 October.
- Window missed: there’s no weekend processing, so the next window opens at 5:00pm on Monday 12 October.
- Stated maximum: 3 business days (Monday to Wednesday) runs to 4:00am on Thursday 15 October.
- PlayCasino’s 72-hour pending figure: 9:00pm on Monday 12 October.
- Then the transfer: your method’s own time, from the table at the top of this page.
If “GMT” in the terms actually means London time, BST applies until 25 October 2026 and the window moves an hour earlier, to 4:00pm to 3:00am AEDT; the Friday request still lands inside it. The terms don’t define a business day beyond those hours. Once Friday’s window shuts in the early hours of Saturday (1:00am in Perth), nothing moves until Monday afternoon, the pattern a Casino Guru reviewer described around February 2026.
Times converted from GMT to Australian time zones (daylight saving from 4 October 2026), checked 05/10/2026.
Before you request a withdrawal
Each of these five checks matches a rule that can hold a payout back.
- Verification done. Vegasino can ask for ID, proof of address and proof of payment before it processes a withdrawal. You get 30 days to send the documents, and the check itself usually takes up to about 10 days, so verify your account before you withdraw, preferably soon after you sign up.
- Deposit wagered once. Skip it and the fee in the table below applies.
- Bonus finished or cancelled. Under Vegasino’s welcome-bonus terms, a withdrawal request before you claim the bonus, or after you activate it, voids the bonus; check the bonus wagering rules first.
- Same method where possible. Reviewers say a payout returns to your deposit method whenever that method supports withdrawals.
- Fewer than 3 requests waiting. With 3 pending, a fourth can’t go in, so don’t split a balance into more requests than the A$800 limit forces.
The 1x deposit rule and the fee
PlayCasino and StarGambling report that you must wager your deposit once before withdrawing. Withdraw earlier and you pay a 10% fee, or 15% if the deposit went in by card or bank transfer. According to a copy of the terms, the fee is worked out on your last deposit, and the same copy lets the operator void winnings in that case.
| Last deposit | Fee at 10% | Fee at 15% (card or bank) |
|---|---|---|
| A$50 | A$5 | A$7.50 |
| A$100 | A$10 | A$15 |
| A$200 | A$20 | A$30 |
| A$500 | A$50 | A$75 |
Modelled from the T&C, wagering a A$100 deposit once on pokies at 94.5% to 96% RTP costs A$4 to A$5.50 on average, less than the A$10 or A$15 fee. The result swings, though: at 96%, half the modelled sessions ended below A$89 on low-volatility pokies and below A$60 on high-volatility ones.
Rates from PlayCasino and StarGambling; fee base and voiding clause from a copy of the terms (single source). The pokie profiles in the model are assumptions. Checked 05/10/2026.
Verify your account and check your cashier before your first withdrawal.

Trustpilot rated Vegasino 1.9 out of 5 from 99 reviews on 5 October 2026, and payout delays are the complaint that keeps returning. Each row is a single dated review, set against the stated 3 business days.
| Review date | What the player reports | Source |
|---|---|---|
| 26/09/2025 | Every withdrawal took longer than the stated 3 business days | Trustpilot |
| 30/10/2025 | More than 4 business days, with 3 requests pending at once | Trustpilot |
| 15/11/2025 | About 7 business days | Trustpilot |
| 23/03/2026 | 7 days | Trustpilot |
| 19/04/2026 | Almost 2 weeks for a small sum quoted in euros | Trustpilot |
| 15/05/2026 | 5 days against the stated 3 business days | Trustpilot |
Casino Guru player reviews describe waits of 5 to 8 business days and one of 10 days with nothing processed; a forum thread there reports 14 days “under review”. Another reviewer says a large withdrawal, quoted in euros, takes about two months at these limits. A complaint lodged with Casino Guru on 27 May 2026 and marked resolved on 14 July 2026 describes requests quoted in euros being cancelled at intervals of 2 to 3 weeks even though the account was verified, then a blocked account, and in the end a partial payout once Casino Guru got involved.
Reviewers testing from New Zealand and Canada got quicker results: a MiFinity payout in under 4 hours (Casino.org) and a payout within 24 hours (GamblingSites).
Some of these delays come down to the five checks earlier on this page, which you control; cancelled requests on a verified account, like the Casino Guru case, are on Vegasino. The Vegasino complaints and ratings section of our review sets these reports against Casino Guru’s complaint count, and Vegasino Australia puts payout speed next to the bonus, the games and the site’s status.

If your withdrawal is stuck
First rule out everything on the pre-withdrawal checklist. If none of it applies:
- Write down the request time in GMT and AEDT, the amount in A$, the method and your verification status.
- Put all of it into a single live-chat message and get the chat’s reference number from the agent.
- Email the same details to [email protected] to leave a written trail.
- Once 3 business days have passed, follow the steps for escalating with Vegasino support, from a formal complaint through to Casino Guru.
None of these steps leads to a regulator. The ACMA warns that when an offshore operator withholds winnings, Australian regulators can’t help, and Vegasino doesn’t publish a licence number that would point to any other body.
Tax and crypto cash-outs
For most recreational players in Australia, gambling winnings aren’t treated as taxable income, but different rules can apply if gambling is run as a business. Crypto you win and later sell can trigger capital gains tax. This isn’t tax advice: check with the ATO or a registered tax agent.
Our section on tax on winnings in Australia covers what the ATO does with a crypto payout you hold on to.
What changes on 1 January 2027
The Interactive Gambling Amendment (Gambling Reform) Act 2026 (Act No. 72 of 2026) received Royal Assent on 26 August 2026, and most of it starts on 1 January 2027. It requires banks and payment providers to take reasonable steps to stop payments to online casino-style games and unlicensed wagering services offered to people in Australia, and requires internet providers, domain name and search providers and app stores to take reasonable steps to stop their services being used to access them. The ACMA will also be able to order the removal of related ads, links and apps. If you use an offshore gambling service, deposits, withdrawals, links, apps or accounts connected to it may stop working.
If you hold a balance at Vegasino, the cash-out planner above shows how many weeks it takes to clear at A$800 a day.
Vegasino withdrawal FAQ
How long does Vegasino take to withdraw?
Reviewers and a copy of Vegasino’s terms give up to 3 business days, processed Monday to Friday. Trustpilot reviewers between September 2025 and May 2026 describe 5 to 14 days, and the payment method’s transfer time is added after that.
Does Vegasino pay out instantly?
No. Processing runs Monday to Friday and takes up to 3 business days. After approval, e-wallets and crypto are the quickest methods, at 0 to 48 hours by reviewers’ ranges.
Why is my Vegasino withdrawal pending or under review?
Common causes in the terms and player reports: verification not finished, a deposit not wagered once, an active bonus, 3 requests already waiting, or a request lodged outside the Monday-to-Friday GMT hours.
What is the minimum withdrawal at Vegasino?
A$15 for most fiat methods, according to review sites. Crypto minimums are higher and vary between reviews, so check the cashier first.
Can I withdraw on weekends?
You can submit a request, but nothing is processed until Monday. Friday’s window closes at 4:00am on Saturday AEDT, and Monday’s opens at 5:00pm AEDT.
Can I withdraw to a different method than I deposited with?
Where your deposit method can take a payout, request the withdrawal to it. Mastercard, Neosurf and CashtoCode are deposit-only, so if you used one of them, ask support which payout method applies before you request.
