Vegasino Customer Support: How to Reach It and Escalate

Vegasino support is live chat 24/7 and [email protected]; there's no phone line. If chat doesn't fix it, email, then a formal written complaint, then Casino Guru, keeping a dated record of each step.

Account problems at Vegasino go through two channels: live chat, which Vegasino lists as open 24/7, and [email protected]. Vegasino has no phone line. If chat doesn’t fix an issue, it moves to email, then a formal written complaint, and only then to Casino Guru.

Vegasino support channels

The table lists six routes, but only chat and email deal with your account.

Channel Details Hours Reply time Best for
Live chat On the Vegasino site 24/7, as Vegasino lists it Reviewers report under a minute to about 10 minutes Quick questions, a missing bonus, withdrawal status
Email [email protected] Not published Not published Anything you need in writing
Telegram Channel linked in the site footer Not published Not confirmed as a support channel Channel posts only

Data protection [email protected] Not published Not published Personal-data requests under the Privacy Notice

From Vegasino’s Help Centre, Privacy Notice and bonus terms (snapshots dated September 2025 to February 2026); chat waits as reported by reviewers, checked 05/10/2026.

Live chat: what to expect

Reviewers who timed the chat report waits from under a minute to about 10 minutes, and Casino Guru’s four chat tests split evenly: two rated Good and two Average, the latest on 27 November 2025. If a bonus isn’t credited, Vegasino’s own bonus terms point you to chat or email.

Trustpilot reports are a mixed bag. On 2 September 2025 a player had missing free spins restored minutes after opening a chat; on 30 October 2025 and 23 March 2026, players describe the same templated reply that their request was in a queue. Before you close a chat, ask for a reference number and screenshot it, then email support a short summary so the issue is on record.

Email and the data protection address

Use [email protected] for anything you may later need to prove, such as a complaint, a self-exclusion request or a document dispute. No reply time is published for email. Personal-data requests go to [email protected], the Data Protection Officer address in the Privacy Notice.

Withdrawals are processed Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 5:00pm GMT, roughly 5:00pm to 4:00am the next day in Sydney under daylight saving (AEDT), so a withdrawal request lodged on a Saturday morning waits for the Monday window, which opens late afternoon AEDT. Limits and delays are covered on our page on how Vegasino payout limits work.

Telegram, Help Centre and phone

Vegasino’s footer links to a Telegram channel, but nothing we found shows it handling support requests, so keep account details and documents out of it. The Help Centre covers My Account & Verification, Withdrawals, Deposits, Bonuses & Promotions, Casino, Sportsbook, Technical and General (snapshot dated 25 September 2025); the article texts weren’t archived. Reviewers also confirm there’s no number to call.

How to escalate a complaint

Payouts cause most disputes: Trustpilot reviews from September 2025 to May 2026 report waits of more than 4 business days to about two weeks. Go through the steps in order, since each one produces evidence the next step needs.

Step Where When What to keep
1 Live chat The day the problem appears One message: what happened, time in GMT, amount in A$, request number; save the transcript
2 Email to [email protected] Same day, after the chat The same details plus the chat reference
3 Formal written complaint in the same email thread Once the stated time has passed (3 business days for a withdrawal) A dated timeline and the outcome you want; no new tickets
4 Casino Guru complaint (AskGamblers runs a similar service) When Vegasino refuses or stops replying The full thread, cashier screenshots, your account email
5 Trustpilot review Optional, any stage Dates and amounts only; no documents

Casino Guru listed 175 complaints about Vegasino on 5 October 2026: 102 resolved, 69 rejected, 4 open. “Resolved” is a status label that says nothing about what was paid. One withdrawal complaint filed there on 27 May 2026 was resolved on 14 July 2026, so this stage can run for weeks. Our review puts the Trustpilot and Casino Guru complaint figures in context.

What to send with a complaint

  • The email address your account is registered under.
  • Dates and times in GMT as well as your local time.
  • Each amount in A$ and the payment method used.
  • Request numbers, the chat transcript and cashier screenshots.
  • The outcome you want, such as payment of a named withdrawal.

In a document dispute, list what you sent and on which date; our guide to verification documents covers what Vegasino can ask for.

Where escalation ends

No regulator we could identify sits above Vegasino and hears disputes from Australian players. Vegasino holds no Australian state or territory licence, and a search of Anjouan’s public register on 5 October 2026 turned up no entry for Vegasino, NovaForge Ltd or the licence number review sites quote (more on who operates Vegasino). The ACMA’s warning on offshore operators says Australian regulators can’t help if an offshore operator holds back winnings, and a blocked site may stop you logging in. While you can still get in, screenshot your transaction history and save the email thread.

Account closure and self-exclusion

Self-exclusion requests

There’s no confirmed self-exclusion tool inside the account; most reviewers describe self-exclusion as a request to support, and a Trustpilot review dated 29 August 2026 says the only route was the chat. Reviewers disagree on whether deposit limits exist in account settings, so ask support for one and check it shows up. Casino Guru complaints describe a self-exclusion request that was ignored and an account reopened after exclusion; a forum post there from around July 2026 describes a closed account reopened months later, followed by promotions.

Make the self-exclusion request by email and hold on to the reply confirming that the account is closed and marketing has stopped. BetStop covers only wagering providers holding an Australian licence; it doesn’t extend to online casino games or offshore operators. Many Australian banks let you block gambling transactions, so ask yours. Gambling Help Online is free and confidential on 1800 858 858, 24/7, and our page on self-exclusion and help lists other services.

Unwanted SMS and marketing emails

Spam is one of the most common topics in Vegasino’s Trustpilot reviews. On 13 February 2026 a reviewer reported several emails a day without ever registering, and a Casino Guru forum post from around July 2026 describes promotional emails and SMS after an account was closed. The pages we could read don’t publish an unsubscribe route, so send support a written request to stop all marketing.

Reaching this site’s editors instead

Writing to us won’t move a payout along: we’re not part of Vegasino’s support team and have no view of your account. To flag an error or a stale figure on this page, email this site’s editors. Bonuses, pokies and payment methods are covered in the rest of our Vegasino casino guide.
