Vegasino VIP Club, Bonus Crab and Shop Explained

Vegasino's VIP program has five levels, and a personal VIP manager starts at level 4. Level 1 withdraws up to A$800 a day against A$2,500 at level 5; the wagering needed for each level isn't published.

Vegasino VIP membership is automatic, so your account already sits somewhere on the five-level ladder. The withdrawal cap is the perk you can measure in dollars: A$800 a day and A$10,500 a month on level 1, rising to A$2,500 and A$35,000 on level 5.

Bonus Crab: one prize pick a day, triggered by your first qualifying deposit.

Coins Shop: Challenges and play earn Coins, which the Shop swaps for rewards.

Daily Cashback by level: no rates on Vegasino’s pages, and reviewers’ figures conflict.

The five levels

Vegasino’s VIP page groups the five levels into three bands of perks, with not much on offer until the third.

Level What Vegasino lists
Levels 1 and 2 Promotions on the site and 24/7 live chat
Level 3 Personal offers, higher withdrawal limits and cashback
Levels 4 and 5 Everything from level 3, plus a personal VIP manager

PlayCasino, SunVegas and WorldWideGamblers all describe entry as automatic; how you climb is far less clear. PlayCasino and WorldWideGamblers both say the thresholds aren’t published. WorldWideGamblers adds that your level is recalculated from your last 90 days of play, which means it can drop as well as rise. In early 2025 a player on the Casino Guru forum reported being lifted to level 4 after a big win, then put back on level-1 limits a week later. We couldn’t verify that post, though it’s consistent with a level that tracks recent activity.

Withdrawal limits by level

Level 1A$10,500Level 5A$35,000
Monthly withdrawal limit by level (A$)

Levels 2 to 4 not confirmed. Checked 05/10/2026.

Several review sites agree on the A$ caps for levels 1 and 5. For levels 2 to 4, the only A$ amounts we found sit in a third-party copy of the terms, which is why the chart leaves them out. One Australian review site quotes a lower daily figure for level 5, but it matches the Canadian-dollar column of that same table, so A$2,500 stands.

Modelled from these caps, cashing out A$10,000 takes at least 13 daily requests at level 1 and 4 at level 5, and that’s before any processing time. Business-day processing and the limit of three pending requests stretch both; our page on daily and monthly cash-out caps shows by how much.

Cashback and VIP levels

Two cashback offers sit alongside the VIP program, and only one of them is tied to your level.

Cashback Headline Level Status
Daily Cashback 15% up to A$600 From level 2 or level 3, depending on the reviewer Headline on the AU promotions page
Live Cashback 25% up to A$300 From level 1 AU headline; weekly net live-casino losses and 1x wagering per Vegasino’s Italian terms page

Daily Cashback is the level-linked one, and reviewers can’t agree on how it scales. PlayCasino starts it at level 2 and tops it out at level 5; WorldWideGamblers and CasinoFreak start it at level 3, with other rates and caps. The casino’s own VIP page lists cashback from level 3 but gives no rate, so there’s no reliable answer to what a A$1,000 losing day returns there.

Live Cashback doesn’t depend on your level, and its one-time rollover is the lightest of any Vegasino promotion we’ve covered. Its cap comes quickly, though: modelled from the T&C, a A$2,000 losing week on live tables pays back A$300, exactly what a A$1,200 week does. For how to claim it each week, see our page about Vegasino’s live tables.

How Bonus Crab works

Bonus Crab is a prize pick you get by depositing. Vegasino’s AU Bonus Crab page (snapshot dated 28 April 2026) gives one credit a day, for the first deposit you make. The minimum differs between two of Vegasino’s own pages: A$15 in the welcome-bonus terms, A$16 on the Crab page. If you’re depositing that day anyway, A$16 or more meets both.

A credit can land one of four prize types:

  • Real money
  • Bonus money
  • Free spins
  • Coins for the Shop

The AU Specials page advertises it as “Grab $450 with Bonus Crab!”. Prize rules such as wagering and maximum payout appear only in a third-party copy of the terms, which we don’t quote, so open each prize’s terms in your account before you play it, and don’t make an unplanned deposit just to collect a credit.

One Crab pick also comes with the welcome offer; the rest of that package and its wagering are explained on our page about Vegasino deposit bonuses and reloads.

Bonus Crab credits come with a qualifying deposit. Check the terms in your account first.

Coins, challenges and the Shop

The Shop runs on Coins. Challenges pay them out and the Crab can drop them; reviewers say regular play earns them as well, but each quotes a different rate.

Shop “Exchange your Coins for $1,500 rewards!” No Coin earn rate on Vegasino’s pages
Tournaments “win $9,000,000”; Spinoleague $18,000,000; Jelly Express 100,000 Rewards Campaigns with end dates, so today’s pools can differ

Is climbing the ladder worth it?

Best for: players whose cash-outs already hit the A$800 daily limit at level 1, or who’d use a personal VIP manager. Withdrawal limits start rising at level 3, and on a large balance that shortens the wait for your money. Our review sets this against payout times and the complaint record in its Vegasino pros and cons.

Skip if: reaching a higher level would mean depositing more than you’d planned. With no thresholds to go by, you can’t tell how far off that level is, and under the 90-day recalculation one review describes, a quieter stretch of play can cost you the level again. Set your budget before you play and leave it alone whatever level the account shows; Australian help services and practical ways to play within limits are on our responsible gambling page.
