Vegasino Payments in Australia: AUD Methods Checked

Reviewers list Visa, Mastercard, Jeton, CashtoCode, bank transfer and major cryptocurrencies for Australian players. The minimum deposit is A$15 (A$30 for the bonus). PayID isn't listed anywhere we checked, and POLi closed in 2023.

Vegasino payment methods for Australian accounts aren’t listed anywhere on Vegasino’s own pages that we could read, so this page rebuilds the AUD cashier from reviewer checks dated September 2025 to September 2026 and compared on 5 October 2026. Visa, Mastercard, Jeton, CashtoCode, bank transfer and 12 cryptocurrencies are on at least two reviewers’ lists. Deposits start at A$15 (A$30 to get the welcome bonus), and none of those lists includes PayID.

Minimum deposit: A$15, or A$30 for the welcome bonus.

Minimum withdrawal: A$15 on most fiat methods; reviews quote different crypto minimums.

Fees: none either way, reviewers say, apart from a 10% charge for cashing out a deposit you haven’t played through once (15% if it came from a card or bank).

PayID and POLi: no reviewer page we checked lists PayID, and POLi’s Australian service ended on 30 September 2023.

Checked 05/10/2026 against PlayCasino (updated 30/09/2026), SunVegas (reviewed 21/08/2026), CasinoAustraliaOnline (published 03/09/2025) and other review sites.

The table has nine rows, one for each method review sites link to Australian accounts. In the bonus column, “Not excluded” just means Vegasino’s welcome-bonus terms don’t rule that method out; the only two they name are Skrill and Neteller.

Based on reviewer checks, 05/10/2026. Payout times are reviewers’ ranges after the ID check, business days only; two ranges mean two reviewers disagree. Fee rates from PlayCasino and StarGambling.

Skrill and Neteller are where the sources genuinely clash. SunVegas and CasinoAustraliaOnline list both for Australia; PlayCasino says they’re limited to NZD accounts; CasinoBuddies and one other site say a third party, UTORG, processes them. The only firm point comes from Vegasino’s own bonus terms, which shut deposits made with either wallet out of the welcome bonus.

PayID, POLi and other myths

Search results for Vegasino payments blend in methods from other countries, plus a service that shut down in 2023. Below, each claim is checked against the sources as they stood on 5 October 2026.

You may read What we found
Vegasino takes PayID No source confirms it. PayID appears in 0 of about 40 review pages and in 0 of the 5 we reopened by hand. Casino Guru’s list of 34 methods for Vegasino leaves it out.
You can deposit with POLi POLi stopped operating in Australia on 30 September 2023. Four independent sources, from money-transfer firms’ customer notices to local news, give the same date.
Interac, PIX, PostePay or BLIK work here These serve other countries; Interac is Canadian. They sit in Casino Guru’s global list, none confirmed for Australia. Vegasino’s footer icons follow the visitor’s location, so an Interac logo says nothing about the AUD cashier.
Apple Pay, Google Pay, BPAY or AstroPay are available Apple Pay and AstroPay show up in global method lists with no confirmation for Australia. No source we checked names BPAY or Google Pay for Vegasino at all.
Vegasino lists its AUD methods on a payments page We couldn’t read one: Vegasino’s payments page isn’t in the web archive. The cashier inside your own account is the only first-hand list.

The quickest check is your own cashier: log in with AUD as your currency and look for the method before any money moves. If it isn’t on that screen, your account can’t use it, whatever a search result claimed. Write down the minimum shown next to it and ask live chat whether the same method also pays out, since three of the nine methods in our table take deposits only.

Open the cashier in AUD and see which methods it shows before you deposit.

Minimums, fees and the 1x rule

Reviewers agree on A$15 as the lowest deposit. The welcome offer (a 100% match plus 200 free spins) needs A$30; under the bonus terms anything from A$15 to A$29 earns only a Bonus Crab pick, and Vegasino’s Australian Bonus Crab page sets that minimum at A$16. The rest of the offer is broken down in the welcome bonus deposit rules. Vegasino doesn’t publish a maximum deposit in the sources we checked.

Vegasino’s terms set Australian bonus amounts as fixed AUD figures in a column of their own, which is a good reason to choose AUD at sign-up and have your deposits and the bonus counted in A$ from day one.

SunVegas and other reviewers find no charge for moving money in or out, bar one. According to PlayCasino and StarGambling, a deposit has to be played through once (1x) before you withdraw; take money out sooner and 10% is deducted, or 15% when the deposit came by card or bank transfer. One third-party site that reproduces the terms says the deduction is calculated on your most recent deposit.

Fee rates according to PlayCasino and StarGambling; the fee’s base rests on a single source, a third-party reproduction of the terms. Bonus rules from Vegasino’s welcome-bonus terms. Checked 05/10/2026.

For the first four rows, paying the fee is on average the dearer way out. Modelled from the T&C, playing A$100 through once on pokies with 94.5% to 96% RTP loses A$4 to A$5.50 on average, compared with a A$10 or A$15 fee, although any single session can swing much further. The fifth row works differently: at 96% RTP, A$7,000 of wagering has an expected cost of A$280, which is more than the entire A$200 balance, and across 20,000 simulated sessions the median payout came out at A$0.

Modelled from Vegasino’s bonus terms together with the deposit-wagering rule (1x) described by PlayCasino and StarGambling; checked 05/10/2026. The simulation uses two invented pokie profiles as stand-ins for Vegasino’s games.

Crypto deposits and tax

PlayCasino and SunVegas give an identical list of 12 coins for Vegasino:

  • Stablecoins: Tether (USDT) and USD Coin (USDC).
  • Other coins: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Dogecoin (DOGE), XRP, Solana (SOL), Tron (TRX), Cardano (ADA), Bitcoin Cash (BCH) and BNB.

Network fees come from the blockchain and your wallet; Vegasino doesn’t set them. Prices also shift between deposit and withdrawal, and because USDT and USDC are pegged to the US dollar, even the stablecoins drift against the Australian dollar. We haven’t timed network confirmations at Vegasino’s cashier, which is why no figure appears here.

Send crypto from a wallet you control. Before a withdrawal goes through, Vegasino can ask for proof of payment, which is far easier to supply when the sending wallet is your own.

For most recreational players in Australia, gambling winnings aren’t treated as taxable income, but different rules can apply if gambling is run as a business. Crypto you win and later sell can trigger capital gains tax. This isn’t tax advice: check with the ATO or a registered tax agent.

Crypto specifics are on the ATO’s page on crypto prizes and gambling winnings; for the general rules, see our section on tax on gambling winnings. If your deposits come from crypto you bought earlier, ask a registered tax agent how that transfer is treated before sending it.

Card declines and bank blocks

A card declined at Vegasino’s cashier may simply be hitting a gambling block on your own account. Many Australian banks offer one, and yours can tell you whether that’s the cause. We haven’t checked how each bank’s tool works, so ask what yours covers.

If you set that block yourself, a decline means it’s working. Reviewers disagree about whether Vegasino has deposit limits inside the account, so a bank-side block is the only limit that doesn’t rely on the operator, and switching payment methods to get around it undoes the reason you set it up. Our page on bank gambling blocks explains how it sits alongside other limits and Australian help services.

Which methods work for cash-out

Fewer methods work for withdrawals than for deposits. The reviewers who list them say bank transfer, Jeton, MiFinity and crypto all pay out; Visa divides the sources (see the table above); and Mastercard, Neosurf and CashtoCode only take deposits.

This bites hardest with vouchers. Pay in with Neosurf or CashtoCode and you’ll need a second method for the payout, so set one up and check with support which one applies before you deposit. Where your deposit method can take a payout, request the withdrawal to it.

Whatever the method, the ceiling stays put at level 1: A$800 a day. How that cap spreads a larger balance over several weeks is shown under Vegasino withdrawal limits. On 5 October 2026 Vegasino’s Trustpilot score stood at 1.9 out of 5 across 99 reviews, with payment one of the most-mentioned topics; our review compares that with the number of complaints logged on Casino Guru in its independent ratings of Vegasino. The Vegasino AUD casino guide sets payments beside the bonus, the game lobby and the site’s standing in Australia.

What changes on 1 January 2027

We wrote this on 5 October 2026 and will update it as the rules come into force.

The bulk of Act No. 72 of 2026, the Interactive Gambling Amendment (Gambling Reform) Act 2026, takes effect on 1 January 2027 (the Act got Royal Assent on 26 August 2026). For payments, the duty falls on banks and payment providers: they must take reasonable steps to prevent payments from reaching online casino-style games or unlicensed wagering services that are offered to people in Australia. Internet providers, app stores and domain name and search providers carry a matching duty to take reasonable steps so their services aren’t used to get to them, and the ACMA will be able to direct that related ads, links and apps be removed. If you use an offshore gambling service, deposits, withdrawals, links, apps or accounts connected to it may stop working.

None of our sources says which of Vegasino’s AUD methods, if any, will be hit, and we won’t speculate.

Vegasino payments FAQ

Can I use Australian dollars at Vegasino?

Yes. The welcome-bonus terms have their own AUD column, and reviewers quote minimums in AUD for Australian players. Pick AUD at registration, because Vegasino doesn’t say whether the currency can be changed afterwards.

Does Vegasino accept PayID?

We couldn’t confirm it. None of the reviewer pages we checked includes PayID among Vegasino’s methods, so look for it in your own cashier before you deposit.

What is the minimum deposit at Vegasino?

A$15 on most methods, and A$30 for anyone claiming the welcome bonus. For crypto, SunVegas gives minimums of A$15 to A$45.

Does Vegasino charge deposit or withdrawal fees?

Reviewers report none. The one deduction they mention hits a deposit withdrawn before it’s been wagered once: 10%, or 15% if it came from a card or bank.

Is there a maximum deposit at Vegasino?

No source we checked shows one. The tighter limit is on the way out: level 1 caps withdrawals at A$800 a day, so cashing out a A$5,000 balance takes at least 7 daily requests.

What is the best cryptocurrency to use at Vegasino?

Vegasino doesn’t name one. Reviewers list 12 coins, the US-dollar stablecoins USDT and USDC among them; weigh network fees and price swings for your own wallet. This isn’t financial advice.
