If a Vegasino login fails from Australia, whatever loads on screen points to one of four causes. Check the three sign-in steps first, then go straight to the cause that fits.
- A block notice from your internet provider
- A password or code problem
- A restricted account
- A look-alike site
How to sign in
- Open Vegasino at the address you registered on, typed in or from your bookmark. Ignore login links in texts, emails or ads.
- Enter the email and password you registered with.
- A phone uses the same account. Sign in through the mobile browser, or use the site’s “Create Shortcut” option to add a Vegasino home-screen shortcut that opens the site itself.
Without an account, you’ll need to create a Vegasino account first.

Why sign-in fails: the quick table
| Symptom | Likely cause | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Your internet provider’s notice page loads instead of the casino | 1. Provider block | The address is blocked on your network |
| The form loads but rejects your details or a code | 2. Sign-in details | The site is reachable, so the problem is the login itself |
| You’re signed in, but deposits, withdrawals or games are locked | 3. Account restriction | Documents pending, a closure or a self-exclusion |
| Vegasino’s look on an address you didn’t type or bookmark | 4. Look-alike site | Possibly not the casino at all, so type nothing |
Cause 1: a provider block notice
If your internet provider’s notice appears where Vegasino should load, the address is blocked at provider level. Providers block sites at the ACMA’s request, and the ACMA’s list of blocked websites includes a Vegasino address (checked 5 October 2026). That page belongs to your provider and has nothing to do with your password.
In December 2025 the ACMA asked Australian internet providers to block Vegasino, and a formal warning to NovaForge Ltd (dated 3 November 2025) found that it provided Vegasino to customers in Australia without an Australian licence. Australian regulators can’t help with disputes with offshore operators, and access to the site or your account may be interrupted. This page is information only.
The ACMA’s guidance for players adds that once a site is blocked, you may not be able to log in and reach an existing account. We don’t publish Vegasino addresses or ways around a block; the legal background is in our explainer on ACMA blocks and Vegasino.
Cause 2: password or code problem
Here the casino’s page loads, but the form turns your details down. Start with the email: it has to be the one the account was registered under. Vegasino doesn’t publish how its password reset works or how long the email takes, and it doesn’t say whether sign-in uses a second code; our Vegasino security guide covers passwords and codes. When a reset fails, contact support through live chat (24/7) or at [email protected], writing from the email address on the account.
Cause 3: a restricted account
You’re signed in, but the cashier or the games won’t work. That points to a restriction on the account, and the one Vegasino’s terms spell out is verification: the casino can ask for documents before it credits a bonus or pays a withdrawal. Reviewers report the request usually comes with the first withdrawal. Support may ask for:
- photo ID, such as an identity card, driving licence or passport;
- proof of address;
- proof that the card, wallet or bank account you paid with is yours.
The deadline for sending them and the time the check takes are on our page on verification before withdrawals.
An account can also be closed, including at your own request. Most reviewers say self-exclusion at Vegasino works through a request to support, and Casino Guru complaints include one where such a request was ignored and the account reopened after exclusion. Local options are on our page on self-exclusion in Australia. Any other reason for a restriction can’t be seen from outside, so ask Vegasino live chat and email which one applies.
Cause 4: a look-alike site
This guide holds no accounts and will never ask for your password. Some sites copy the casino’s look or ask for your login, so run these checks before typing anything:
- the address bar shows the address you registered on, or you came in from your own bookmark;
- you didn’t arrive through an ad, a text or an email link, and the form isn’t built into a review or promo page;
- any message about your account matches the support address Vegasino publishes, [email protected].
If you’ve already typed your password on a page that fails one of these checks, change it on the casino’s own site and tell support the same day.
Bookmark the casino's address on your first visit and sign in from that bookmark.

How do I log in to my Vegasino account?
Enter the email and password from sign-up on the address you saved. The phone shortcut opens that same site, so nothing changes on mobile.
Why can’t I log in to Vegasino?
Start with what loads. Your provider’s notice means a block (the ACMA asked for one on 11 December 2025); the casino’s own form turning you away points to your details or the account.
How do I know a Vegasino login page is genuine?
The padlock won’t tell you: it only means the connection is encrypted, and a copy of the casino’s site can show one too. Check the address bar and how you got there.
How do I reset my Vegasino password?
Use the forgotten-password link on the sign-in form, if there is one. If the reset email never turns up, contact support by live chat or email.
Why do I see different Vegasino addresses?
Operators’ addresses can change, and look-alike sites use different ones. Use the one your account was opened on.
