Vegasino is a working offshore casino and sportsbook, live since August 2024, with 9,131 pokies in its Australian lobby and welcome terms published in A$. That answers part of the “is Vegasino legit” question. The rest is less comfortable: it holds no Australian licence, on 11 December 2025 the ACMA put it on the list of sites for Australian internet providers to block, and players report payouts taking 5 to 14 days against a stated 3 business days.
Reviewed by Hamish Kellerman · casino & sportsbook editor
Editor's score 4.4: a deep pokies lobby and A$ bonus terms, set against slow payouts, no Australian licence and a 1.9 Trustpilot score from 99 reviews.
Verdict: best for, skip if
Best for: small-stakes pokies players in Australia who get verified before their first cash-out and keep withdrawals within the A$800 a day that level 1 allows. For that player, the depth of the lobby and the A$15 minimum deposit matter most.
Skip if: a big win has to reach your bank quickly, or you’d rather have an Australian licence standing behind the site. At level 1, A$10,000 takes at least 13 days of limits before any processing time is counted, and if an offshore operator sits on your winnings, no Australian regulator can step in.

How we score Vegasino
Our 4.4 out of 5 sums up six categories, each tied to a dated figure in the table below. The weights decide the total: game library 30%, bonus offers 20%, AU banking 20%, support 10%, payout speed 10%, trust and status 10%. Multiplied out, the six scores give 4.41, shown as 4.4.
Editor's judgement on a 0 to 5 scale, weighted 30/20/20/10/10/10 to 4.4. Not a measurement. Checked 05/10/2026.
| Category | Weight | Score | What the score rests on | Basis |

| AU banking | 20% | 4.6 | A$15 minimum; cards, Jeton, CashtoCode, bank transfer, crypto; 10–15% fee if you cash out before 1x deposit turnover; PayID not confirmed | Reviewer checks |

Why 4.4 sits so far above Trustpilot’s 1.9
The gap comes from what each figure weighs. Our score puts 70% of its weight on the game library, the bonus offers and the cashier, while Trustpilot’s 99 reviews mostly concern money on its way out: the topics Trustpilot itself highlights are Payment, Spam, Fraud, Customer communications and Cancellation. Only two categories on our card fall below 4: payout speed and trust, which between them carry 20% of the weight. A player who mainly wants quick, predictable cash-outs should go by the 3.6 and the 3.4 rather than the headline number.
Operator, licence and AU status
The ACMA identifies NovaForge Ltd as the company providing Vegasino. Review sites offer a handful of other company names; we go with the ACMA’s because a regulator put it in writing. Vegasino’s own pages, as far as we could read them, carry no company name, address or registration number. The brand is one of 23 covered by the 10 formal warnings to NovaForge Ltd on the ACMA’s register as of 5 October 2026.
Vegasino doesn’t display a licence number either. Review sites quote an Anjouan one, but Anjouan’s public register, searched on 5 October 2026, didn’t contain it, and no Australian state or territory has licensed Vegasino. Our page about who owns Vegasino sets out the register searches.
In December 2025 the ACMA asked Australian internet providers to block Vegasino, and a formal warning to NovaForge Ltd (dated 3 November 2025) found that it provided Vegasino to customers in Australia without an Australian licence. Australian regulators can’t help with disputes with offshore operators, and access to the site or your account may be interrupted. This page is information only.
The next date to watch is 1 January 2027. From that day most of the Interactive Gambling Amendment (Gambling Reform) Act 2026, given Royal Assent on 26 August 2026, applies, and banks and payment providers must take reasonable steps to stop payments to unlicensed wagering services and online casino-style games offered to people in Australia. Deposits, withdrawals and links tied to an offshore site may stop working as a result. Vegasino’s status in Australia has the detail.
Games and lobby
The game library is the highest-scoring part of Vegasino. A snapshot of the Australian lobby dated 15 April 2026 counted 9,131 pokies. Counting every market, Vegasino’s provider page came to about 12,500 games from over 100 providers in October 2025; the biggest suppliers by title count in that global lobby were Spinomenal (674), Playtech (598) and Pragmatic Play (568). According to Vegasino, visitors who haven’t registered can open games in demo mode.
| AU lobby section | Titles listed |
|---|---|
| Pokies | 9,131 |
| Top Live Casino | 122 |
| Hot Jackpots | 212 |
Snapshot of Vegasino’s AU lobby, 15 April 2026. A game can sit in more than one section, so the three counts aren’t a total.
Sweet Bonanza and Sugar Rush 1000 from Pragmatic Play were among the pokies on the AU home page, and Pragmatic publishes RTPs of 96.48% and 96.00% for them (checked 5 October 2026). Those are the developer’s figures. A casino can run a lower-RTP build of a game, and reviewers say this happens at Vegasino, so check the number in the game’s info panel before the first spin. No Aristocrat title showed up in the lobby lists we went through.

Live play is built around Gold Saloon, a section of Vegasino-branded tables that includes Super Stake Blackjack VIP. The sportsbook lists football, tennis, basketball and ice hockey among others (two reviewers count over 30 sports), but AFL and NRL markets are missing from every source we checked. The Vegasino pokies page goes through titles and RTP checks by game family.
Bonus terms in one table
| Term | Vegasino’s terms (AUD column) | Terms § | What it means in A$ |
|---|---|---|---|
| Match bonus | 100% of the first deposit up to A$750, plus 200 free spins and 1 Bonus Crab pick | Offer header | The full A$750 match needs a A$750 deposit |
| Minimum deposit | A$30 for the match and spins; A$15 earns the Crab pick only | §3, §4 | A$29 gets no match bonus |
| Wagering | 35x the deposit plus the bonus | §12 | A$30 deposit: A$2,100 to wager, or 70x the bonus |
| Free spins | 20 a day for 10 days, each batch claimed within 24 hours; winnings wagered 40x | §5, §12 | A$20 won on spins means A$800 to wager |
| Maximum bet | A$7.50 while the bonus is active | §11 | A$2,100 at A$7.50 takes at least 280 spins |
| Time limit | 10 days from activation | §14 | Unfinished wagering voids the bonus and its winnings |
| Excluded deposits | Neteller and Skrill | §9 | Use another method to get the bonus |
| Win cap | 10x the bonus, for residents of five named countries | §17 | Australia isn’t named; one reviewer reports a A$75 cap on spin winnings we haven’t seen in Vegasino’s terms |

Think of the bonus as extra playing time. Modelled from the T&C, a A$100 deposit plus A$100 bonus means A$7,000 of wagering, which at 96% RTP costs on average A$280, above the entire A$200 balance; break-even needs an RTP of 98.57%. In 20,000 simulated sessions at 96% RTP, about 1 in 5 low-volatility runs got through the wagering and about 1 in 12 high-volatility runs did, with a median payout of A$0. A withdrawal request after activation also voids the bonus, so if you’re depositing in order to cash out, leave it unclaimed.

Go to VegasinoPayments and payouts
Deposits start at A$15, rising to A$30 for the welcome bonus. We couldn’t find an AUD payment list from Vegasino itself, so the methods here come from reviewer checks: Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, Jeton, CashtoCode and the major cryptocurrencies, plus Neosurf and MiFinity according to some reviewers. PayID isn’t on their lists, and we couldn’t confirm it. POLi has been closed in Australia since 30 September 2023. Reviewers report no fee in either direction except one: withdraw before your deposit has been wagered once and 10% comes off, or 15% if you paid in by card or bank. Vegasino payment methods lists each method’s minimums.
Withdrawals are where the score drops. Review sites report weekday-only processing, Monday to Friday between 6:00am and 5:00pm GMT, with each request taking up to 3 business days. At level 1 the limits are A$800 a day and A$10,500 a month, no more than 3 requests can be pending at once, and verification comes before the first withdrawal, with checks that usually take up to about 10 days. According to PlayCasino, a request can also sit in pending status for as long as 72 hours.
| Point | The rules | What players report |
|---|---|---|
| Processing time | Up to 3 business days | 5 days (Trustpilot, 15/05/2026); 7 days (23/03/2026); almost 2 weeks (19/04/2026) |
| Weekends | Monday to Friday only | A Friday-evening request paid only after the Monday (Casino Guru, around February 2026) |
| Daily limit | A$800 at level 1 | A large win held back by the limit, nothing received at the time of posting (Trustpilot, 02/05/2026) |
| Pending requests | No more than 3 | Three pending and more than 4 business days waited (Trustpilot, 30/10/2025) |
| Verification | Before the first withdrawal | No documents at sign-up, friction at the first payout (Trustpilot, 29/08/2026) |
Rules as reported by PlayCasino, SunVegas, CasinoAustraliaOnline and other review sites; players’ reports on Trustpilot and Casino Guru, not individually verified. Checked 05/10/2026.
The 13 days in the verdict come from these limits. Modelled from the T&C, the A$800 cap turns a big win into a calendar: A$5,000 takes at least 7 days of limits, A$10,000 at least 13. Stretch every request to the full 3 business days with three always waiting, and the same A$10,000 stretches to 23 days of requests. Anything above A$10,500 runs into the monthly limit as well.

Illustration only; Vegasino’s real cashier layout may differ.
You control four parts of the process:
- Get verified straight after sign-up rather than at the first cash-out.
- Play your deposit through once before you withdraw, or budget for the 10% or 15% deduction.
- Sort out the bonus before you ask for a payout.
- Where you can, cash out to the method you deposited with; only some reviewers report Visa withdrawals.

What players and raters say
Outside sources put four different numbers on Vegasino:
| Source | Score | Date | What it covers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Trustpilot | 1.9 out of 5, “Poor” (99 reviews) | 05/10/2026 | Reviews posted by customers who chose to write one |
| Casino Guru Safety Index | 7.5, “Above average” | Updated 07/2026 | Casino Guru’s own assessment; it rates the T&C “somewhat unfair” and flags a low withdrawal limit |
| Casino Guru complaints | 175: 102 resolved, 69 rejected, 4 open | 05/10/2026 | Disputes filed through Casino Guru |
| Casino Guru player feedback | “Bad” (14 reviews) | 05/10/2026 | Player reviews posted on Casino Guru |
The 7.5 and the 1.9 sit far apart for the same reason as our 4.4 and Trustpilot’s figure: each counts something else. Trustpilot averages what customers chose to post, the Safety Index is Casino Guru’s own view of the casino, and the complaint counter tracks disputes that reached Casino Guru. “Resolved” there can mean a partial payout. In one Casino Guru case, withdrawal requests quoted in euros were cancelled every two to three weeks and the account was blocked; once Casino Guru stepped in, a partial sum was paid. The complaint ran from 27 May to 14 July 2026.
What the complaints are about
Slow withdrawals come first, in line with the dated rows in the payments table. Six Trustpilot reviews from 26 September 2025 to 15 May 2026 describe payouts running beyond the stated 3 business days, up to about two weeks. Next are cancelled requests, reported on 5 October 2025, 16 November 2025 and 22 March 2026, and an account blocked again after a chat on 5 June 2026. A reviewer posting on 13 February 2026 said they had never registered yet received several marketing emails a day. On support the notes are mixed: missing free spins restored within minutes on 2 September 2025, and the same templated queue reply on 30 October 2025 and again on 23 March 2026.
What is on you, and what isn’t
Three of the causes can be planned around: verification timing, the once-through deposit rule and the three-request cap (the payments checklist covers the first two). Cancelled requests, weekday-only processing and the size of the level-1 limit aren’t in your hands, and, as the licence section above explains, there’s no Australian body to take a dispute to.

Facts that differ between sites
Search for Vegasino and the numbers conflict. Offers vary by country version and sign-up link, the operator runs sister brands, and some figures are template text copied from page to page.
| Topic | What you’ll read elsewhere | What the primary source shows |
|---|---|---|
| Welcome offer | Several different A$ amounts and spin counts | Welcome-bonus terms: 100% up to A$750 + 200 free spins + 1 Bonus Crab pick. The AU promotions page also shows a “Welcome package” headline of 250% up to $4,000 + 150 free spins (snapshot dated April 2026), with no terms we could find |
| Operator | Several different companies | The ACMA names NovaForge Ltd, in a formal warning dated 3 November 2025 |
| Licence | Different regulators and licence numbers | No number on Vegasino’s pages; the quoted Anjouan number isn’t in Anjouan’s register; no Australian licence |
| Launch date | 2022, 2023 or 2024 | August 2024, dated by reviewers to 19 August |
| Number of games | Anything from 3,000 to 36,200 | About 12,500 on the provider page (October 2025); 9,131 pokies in the AU lobby (15 April 2026) |
| App | A native Android or iPhone app, or an APK | No native app; you can add the site to your home screen. One review site mentions an Android APK we couldn’t verify |

The welcome offer in the first row is the one with published terms. If your cashier shows a different headline, read the terms attached to it before you pay in.
Support and responsible gambling
For anything to do with your account there’s live chat, listed as open 24/7, and email at [email protected]. The footer also links a Telegram channel, and there’s no phone line. Reviewers who timed the chat reached an agent within a minute at best and after about 10 minutes at worst. Escalation steps are on our page of Vegasino support options.
Responsible gambling is the thinnest documented area. Self-exclusion, as most reviewers describe it, means asking support, and Casino Guru complaints record one such request going ignored and an account being reopened after exclusion. Three steps close part of that gap:
- Put any self-exclusion request in writing and keep the reply confirming the account is closed.
- Don’t count on BetStop: it covers only wagering providers holding an Australian licence and doesn’t reach online casino games or offshore operators.
- Ask your bank whether it can block gambling transactions; many Australian banks can.
Help lines and limit-setting advice are collected under responsible gambling tools.
Vegasino review FAQ
Is Vegasino legit?
It’s a functioning casino, open since August 2024, that publishes its welcome terms in A$. The dispute record is mixed, though: of 175 complaints filed on Casino Guru by 5 October 2026, 102 were resolved and 69 rejected.
Is Vegasino safe?
That depends on the protection you’re after. Vegasino has no Australian licence, BetStop applies only to Australian-licensed wagering providers, and in a dispute Australian regulators can’t help. On the other side, Casino Guru gives it a Safety Index of 7.5 and live chat is listed as open 24/7.
Is Vegasino a scam?
The record doesn’t fit either label neatly. Players report late and cancelled payouts, and 69 of 175 Casino Guru complaints were rejected, with 4 still open. Then again, the casino publishes its bonus terms and 102 complaints are marked resolved.
