Most review sites describe self-exclusion at Vegasino as a request you send to support, and they split on whether the account has deposit limits at all. BetStop won’t help with this casino, because it doesn’t cover offshore operators. Free counselling is on 1800 858 858 at any hour. Gambling is for adults aged 18 and over.

What Vegasino offers
Vegasino’s footer links to its own page on gambling responsibly, but we couldn’t read it: that page was never archived, and vegasino.com doesn’t load from our network. The one relevant line we found on Vegasino’s own pages sits in its Privacy Notice (archived October 2025), which mentions “preventing problem gambling and promoting responsible gambling” as part of managing risks. No tools are named there, so the table below is built from third-party reviews and player reports, and those don’t agree.
| Tool | What reviewers say | What we can say |
|---|---|---|
| Self-exclusion | PlayCasino, Gambling.com, Casino Guru, AboutSlots and CasinoBuddies describe it as a request made through support or by email | The route most reviewers report; not confirmed on Vegasino’s own pages |
| Deposit limits | SunVegas, StarGambling and Betstamp list them; the five sites above found only self-exclusion | Sources disagree |
| Cool-off and reality checks | Listed by the same three sites, missing from the same five | Sources disagree |
| Account closure | A Trustpilot review dated 29 August 2026 says the only way to close the account was through live chat | One player’s report |
Review sites as read between 2 and 5 October 2026. The reviews that describe checking an account lean towards self-exclusion being the only tool.
How to request self-exclusion
No published procedure turned up in our checks, so these steps are our advice for a request that’s hard to misread or lose:
- Write to [email protected] from the email address your account is registered under. Chat works too, but an email leaves a dated record.
- Use the word “self-exclusion” and state a period, or say it’s permanent.
- Ask for written confirmation that the account is closed and that marketing emails and SMS will stop.
- Screenshot your message and the reply, and keep them until the exclusion ends.
A message along these lines does the job: “Please self-exclude my account, registered to this email address, for 12 months (or: permanently). Close the account, stop all marketing to me by email and SMS, and confirm both in writing.”
If the request is ignored
Casino Guru complaints describe this happening at Vegasino: in one case a self-exclusion request was ignored, in another an account was reopened after the player had excluded. If offers keep arriving or you can still log in and deposit, reply in the same email thread quoting the date of your first request, and ask again. When the follow-up also goes unanswered, work through Vegasino’s complaint escalation steps. The ACMA says Australian regulators can’t help when an offshore operator treats a player badly. That makes the bank block described below worth setting up, and if staying away is getting hard, call the National Gambling Helpline.
BetStop and offshore sites
BetStop, Australia’s national self-exclusion register, covers wagering providers that hold an Australian licence. It doesn’t cover online casino games or offshore operators. Vegasino has no Australian licence, so registering with BetStop leaves a Vegasino account untouched, and any exclusion there has to come from the operator itself.
Outside the casino, start with your bank: many Australian banks let you block gambling transactions, so ask yours. And if you also bet with locally licensed bookmakers, BetStop covers those.
Set your own limits
Since the account tools are unconfirmed, settle your own limits before you log in.
- Pick a spending figure and a time limit for the session or the week, and write both down.
- Play only with money you can afford to lose. Rent and bills get paid first and stay out of it.
- Don’t chase losses, and don’t borrow to gamble.
- Take breaks, and give it a miss when you’re upset or have been drinking.
For a deposit limit on the account itself, ask support in writing and check that it shows before your next deposit. Count the welcome bonus in the budget too. On an A$30 deposit, wagering of 35 times deposit plus bonus comes to A$2,100 in bets within 10 days (modelled from the T&C). If that’s more play than you planned, skip the bonus. The rules are on our page about the 35x rollover, and other terms that affect a budget, such as withdrawal caps, are covered across the Vegasino Australia guide.
Signs it’s time to step back
One of these is enough reason to talk to someone:
- You bet more, or for longer, than you meant to.
- Losing makes you want to play again to win it back.
- You hide your gambling, or borrow money to keep going.
- It’s costing you sleep or causing trouble at work or at home.
If any of that sounds familiar, call the helpline at the top of this page. It’s confidential and answered 24 hours a day.
If someone close to you gambles
Family and friends can use the same number for counselling of their own. Gam-Anon is for relatives of people who gamble, and if gambling has left debts in the household, the National Debt Helpline offers free financial counselling.
Vegasino responsible gambling FAQ
How do I self-exclude from Vegasino?
Through support, according to most reviewers. Email [email protected] from your account address; the steps and sample message above cover what to write and what confirmation to ask for.
Does Vegasino have deposit limits?
Three reviewers say yes and five found only self-exclusion, so the answer isn’t settled. Look in your account settings before depositing, and if no limit option shows up, ask support whether it can set one.
Who can I call for free help?
Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858 for anything to do with gambling, or Lifeline on 13 11 14 in a crisis. Both answer around the clock.
Does a Vegasino self-exclusion cover the operator’s other casinos?
There’s no confirmation either way. The ACMA’s formal warnings to NovaForge Ltd, the company it names as Vegasino’s provider, cover 23 brands (our count of its register on 5 October 2026), so ask support by email whether your exclusion reaches them too.
